Kathal ki sabzi
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a tsp lemon juice and cover the entire katha and chopped thinly and wash properly.
* Step 2
In a microwavable bowl /nonstick
fry pan fry the chopped kathal after mixing a pinch of salt and turmeric powder.
* Step 3
Cover and cook cook in low flame on gas / in oven till it's cooked.
* Step 4
In another bowl mix chopped Onion, tomatoes, green chilies, ginger and garlic with 1 tbsp water and cook in microwave/gas till soft.
* Step 5
In a wok take the boiled wet masala, cook 1 min, add all dry masala, fried kathal and adjust the salt as well as water.
* Step 6
Cover and cook in low flame till the water evaporated and a beautiful aroma comes out.
* Step 7
Kathal da subzi is done. Garnish with chopped green coriander and serve hot.
