* Step 1

Chopped finely (1/2 inch) the fruits and vegetables. Beat the curd.

* Step 2

Take a bowl. Add chopped fruits, vegetables, curd, mint leaves, sprouted green Moong and mix well with a spatula.

* Step 3

Now keep in refrigerator. While serving add both the salt and pepper and roasted zeera powder according to your taste. It's yummy and healthy Thanks 🙂🙂

* Step 4

Note: mix salt while serving otherwise the crunchiness of salad will go away as water will ooze out
