Healthy Summer Coolers: Yoghurt & Coconut Milk Lassi 🥤

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
To begin with: In a blender jar, add in all the ingredients aforesaid except the ice cubes, coconut milk & lemon leaves the first time-
Churn it out well enough to get nicely combined & well incorporated
* Step 2
Next, add in the coconut milk, kaffir lime leaves & a few ice cubes & once again churn the blender jar to get finely blended & release a fine refreshed fragrant aroma on its own-
Pour it out into a separate pitcher/jar
* Step 3
Add in some fresh coconut pulps if you have it or else, simply a little more addition of the black salt, a few fresh mint leaves (Optional) & some raw chia seeds would do the wonders greatly
* Step 4
Add in some more ice cubes & garnish it your way if you like to add on to it anything else-
However, it doesn’t call for anything else any further & its immense fragrant refreshing aroma wouldn’t simply let wait much longer than to grab a glassful to empty it immediately at one go, in no time
