Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat up a frying pan over the medium flame: Add in the Butter to it-
Break open the eggs very carefully into it (Ensuring that the yolks aren’t damaged to spoil the entire Sunny-Side Up concept)-
Sprinkle some salt and peppers on it
* Step 2
Rotate the pan gently and carefully to receive the heat from all along the edges-
Once, the yolks seems to be a bit firm, gently with a spatula/spoon- Scrape the sides/edges of it so as to loosen it perfectly to slide onto directly to the serving plate/dish
* Step 3
Serve it to your kids with their choicest toasted breads slices, some greens (if they do like), some chopped fruits of their choice, extra butter/jam, cheese and not to forget their favourite hot drinks or beverages alongside it-
