Hawaiian Style: Cheesy- Garlic Macaroni Shrimps 🍤 Salad (Cold Salad)
One of the easiest & simplest way to enjoy both the macaroni & the salad in one palate and that what’s absolutely self satiating & a healthy, wholesome meal in itself....!!!

35-40 mins, Prep Time: 1.5-2 hrs
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Parboil & strain the macaroni to Al-Denté...Pour in Cold water to it immediately & apply a few drops of oil to it to remain non-sticky and set aside for the time being
* Step 2
Steps to be followed- As is...👇🏻

Slightly sauté the shrimps/prawns- That’s my own preference: (can be used raw too by applying some salt & black peppers & blanching the same, slightly)
* Step 4
Set aside...Keep ready with the rest of the aforesaid ingredients for the following steps of this preparations, one by one 👇🏻
* Step 5
The finely chopped veggies should be assembled in a large mixing bowl...Prepare the white sauce, in another pan/pot & let it cool down
* Step 6
Now, comes the salads dressing part: Add in the dressings, mayonnaise, sauces, sour cream, seasonings, dried herbs, etc. to be assembled & mixed together nicely with the veggies until nicely combined

When the white sauce is almost half the way cooked- Add in the gently sautéed shrimps & let it simmer with the sauce until both its flavours get well incorporated with one another...
* Step 9
In the meanwhile: Heat up a frying pan over the medium flame- Add in the butter, Garlic followed by the Red Cabbage & Shredded/Julienned Carrots- (Bell Peppers, finely chopped or Julienned can also be used in it but I haven’t since I don’t like its smells much in this particular type)
* Step 10
Gently sauté the veggies in the garlicky oil/butter until it’s a bit reduced in its quantity & becomes a kinda translucent
* Step 11
Once done with all that: Now, mix everything well together now, including the creamy shrimps- until nicely combined and well incorporated...Garnish it your own way- Refrigerate for at least 3-4 hrs time
* Step 12
Serve it out in the serving platters......&.....NOW, TIME TO RELISH THIS DELISH
