To start with the citrus fruit Orange with its enormous amount of beneficial effects to the Human Body- Oranges are the great source of Vitamin-C, that helps in the increase & maintain proper balance of the WBC (White Blood Cells) in a human body... We’re all aware of the very fact that the WBC plays a vital role in fighting out the human body’s defence mechanisms. It also helps in building up & formation of the normal collagen & thus restore a firm, bright, shining & glowing skin. It is a great source of the Flavonoids too...!

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Squeeze out the Oranges to get the desired amount of its fresh juices & sieve it out into a separate pitcher/tumbler

Now, pour in the same into the drinking tumblers/glasses directly, add in the grated ginger to it, followed by the honey & the lemon juice- if using at all
