Mexican Hot Chocolate Drink: Champurrado
This is one of the very traditional drinks from Mexico 🇲🇽 which’s actually a variant of their another similar traditional version- That’s known as the ATOLE (A Thick Cornmeal Drink, without any Chocolate in it)
This very chocolate version of the same, is named & known as the CHAMPURRADO !!!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a mixing bowl: Add in the measured cornmeal/flour & 1/2 Cup Water, to get smooth sticky paste/mixture- Set aside for sometime now...
* Step 2
In a saucepan: Add in the rest of the measured water & bring it to a boil, along with the cinnamon stick, cloves & green cardamoms- Allow it to be rolling boil now
* Step 3
Now, while it starts boiling add in the brown sugar, mix it well & take out the whole spices from it at this point...then goes in the chopped/grated chocolates & give it all a really good mix until nicely combined...
* Step 4
Add in the Milk now, stir well & let the heat be in the simmer...Again, bring it to another boil- Reduce the flame to low-medium at this point & add in the Cornmeal mix to it while stirring continuously until it’s all nicely combined & well incorporated without any lumps in it
* Step 5
If required: Use the electric Whisker or even hand whisk to get the desired thick smooth texture of it along with its immense flavourful delectable taste...
* Step 6
Pour it now, to your drinking cup/s or glass....&....ENJOY YOUR THIS UNIQUE DRINK, HOT
