All, you need to have in your pantry is the Hung Curd (Homemade) & some Blueberries...
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a mixing bowl: Add In the hung curd in it, in order to beat the same well till it gets fluffier- That’s the right indication that our Shrikhand is ready to be plated in
* Step 2
Blend the washed Blueberries into a paste & now, mix it with the hung curd & whisk well, until nicely fluffy & well aerated
* Step 3
Once done: Dish out the same by transferring it to a separate serving platter/bowl &
Garnish it in your choicest taste/ways...Refrigerate it for about 1-2 hrs time before serving it chilled & relish
* Step 4
