Dalgona Muffins with Cranberries & Choco-chips: (Eggless)

The most easiest, simplest, quickest & the delectable way to have & binge on the Muffins for me... This is simply the apt recipe/dish for me with my choicest cuppa ☕️

Ingredient

Food ration :

10 people

Cooking time :

35-45 mins
1 pinch

Salt

2 tbsps

Water (RT)

1/2 Cup

Castor Sugar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First up: Preheat the oven @180C for 10 mins time & prepare the Muffins Tray by lining it with the paper/silicone muffins moulds- Set aside

Now: Sift the measured Maida & Baking Powder, well together at least twice- Set aside

* Step 3

Add in a mixing bowl: The aforementioned measured- Sugar, Coffee & hot water... With the help of the electric hand blender, mix everything well together until nicely combined to form the soft/medium peaks

Once done: Add in the measured oil & blend it well together again- Medium peaks need be attained... Scrape the bowl with the silicone spatula to mix everything well together

Now, goes in the milk & the sifted Dry Ingredients- Again, blend everything well enough until nicely combined & everything’s well incorporated

Add in the Cranberries at this point & gently mix it, one last time- Our Muffins batter/mixture is ready to be poured into the pre-lined tray/s: In case, if you don’t have a bigger one

Now once poured into the tray/s: Top it with the Chocolate Chips (I’ve used the mixed ones), tap it 2-3 times gently to release the trapped air inside- if any at all

Time to bake it for 10-12 mins in the already preheated oven @180C or until the toothpick/skewer test comes out clean...

* Step 9

Switch off the oven now & allow it to be inside the oven itself for another 5-7 mins time, then take it out & let it cool down completely...

Dish out the delectable muffins in your serving platter & ENJOY YOUR ANYTIME BINGES, with your choicest hot beverages...For me, it just drives me crazy with my cuppa, Latte ☕️
