Darjeeling Tea: Chai ☕️
This one’s something that’s absolutely close to my heart & when @leisurely, I always do make a point of pampering myself with the same 😋💁🏻♀️
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a large saucepan: Add in the measured water & sugar to boil. Alternately, you can add the sugar, into the separate teacups as well.
* Step 2
Once it starts boiling: Add in the measured Tea Leaves & turn off the flame and immediately cover the lid of the pan, ensuring any hole in the lid of the pan is closed properly in order to keep the aroma of the same, infused inside.
* Step 3
Let it rest on the hot oven itself for about the next 10-15 mins time: By this method, we’re actually allowing the tea leaves to be bloomed perfectly- infusing its fine aroma in the tea.
* Step 4
One can use milk in it but separately in the cup itself- it’s believed & proven that mixing this particular tea leaves with milk, kills its original & authentic aroma & tastes altogether- Best drinkable without it, for sure...& I too do go for it without.
* Step 5
Once done: Strain the same into the tea cups now & ENJOY 😋 You’ll notice that by now, your whole house is filled with the nicest aroma of this Darjeeling Tea- which itself is absolutely toxic (positively) & quite overwhelming- At least to me for sure 💁🏻♀️
