Minty Pudina Makhana
This is the most simplest, easiest, basic yet delectable of ALL.
Shelf life can go over the weeks, if stored appropriately- post its cooling & of course, in an airtight container!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a frying pan: Add in the 2 tbsps Ghee & roast the Makhana until it becomes crispy & changes its colour a bit too...set aside
* Step 2
In another pan: Add in the rest 2 tbsps Ghee & Salt, Dry Mint Powder & Chat Masala Powder & sauté for a few seconds & then, mix the roasted Makhana with it, really nice- until all the Makhana are well coated with the mixture
* Step 3
Add in the lemon juice & sprinkle some black salt on its top & mix again nicely until all are well incorporated & allow it to cool down completely
* Step 4
Dish out to a serving plate or store it in an airtight container, once cooled down completely & enjoy it with your morning/evening tea- as in something to satiate your tea time binges 😋💁🏻♀️
