Eggless-Cranberry-Almonds & Chocolate Chips Cookies
One of the newest possible recipes I tried to prepare...Again, with some tweaks & a bit of fusion perhaps...💁♀️

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a large mixing bowl: Sieve all the Dry Ingredients altogether (twice) & set aside
* Step 2
Now, in a Cup: Mix the Orange Juice & EVOO/Oil, together & whisk well
* Step 3
Now, pour in this oil-orange juice mixture into the Dry Ingredients Mix Bowl & combine everything together nicely
* Step 4
At this point: Add in the Choco-chips & Dry Cranberries to it & give everything a good mix until all well incorporated & forms a smooth dough
* Step 5
In a Baking Tray: Line up with a Parchment Paper or Baking Sheet & set aside (Greasing not required)
* Step 6
Now, from the prepared dough: Scoop out the dough-lets of similar sizes & roll it out within your palms to form a round shape & then gently press to flatten it out a bit- (As it normally is in any rounded Cookies
* Step 7
Place them directly into the lined up Baking Tray & bake in a preheated oven at 180C, for about 15-16 mins time (varies with different oven temperature settings) or until it’s well baked
* Step 8
ENJOY....your evening/morning tea/coffee with the same or satiate your untimely binges within your busy work schedules in any rushed day
