Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a small frying pan: Dry roast all the aforementioned ingredients (except sugar & cardamom powder) & let it cool down completely.

Now, add these ingredients to a blender jar- add in the sugar & cardamom powder & ground them to a coarse powder.

Then, add in the milk to it & form a smooth frothy mixture/milkshake/smoothie.

Pour it out to a serving glass & enjoy your dry-fruits & phool makhana milk-shake/smoothie.
