Apple and Pomegranates Chutney

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a saucepan/wok/pan: Add in the measured sugar & water- to prepare the sugar syrup & allow the sugar to dissolve completely & come to a boil
* Step 2
Slice the Apples & keep it aside: Once the sugar syrup starts boiling: Add in the Apples Slices first & allow it to cook for about 5-6 mins time
* Step 3
Then, add in the Pomegranates and again, allow it to cook until the Sugar Syrup turns quite thick enough
* Step 4
Once the right consistency is reached & the apples are well cooked & combined with it- Turn off the flame
* Step 5
Allow it to sit won the oven for about 2-3 mins time & dish out to a serving bowl...initially, it may look a bit thin or runny but as its cools down, it starts thickening
* Step 6
