Peanut Chutney
One of the most easiest & delectable Chutneys of ALL...a bit of untraditional, yet something which isn’t anew anyways...

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a frying pan/skillet, put over a medium-high flame add in the raw peanuts & dry roast them, until its skins separate- allow it to cool down completely & then peel off its skins entirely or can keep it- as is & transfer it to a blender jar
* Step 2
Furthermore, in the same pan- Add in the oil over the same heat maintained: Goes into it- rest all other ingredients (one by one), sauté gently until the blemishes appear on the skins of green chillies & garlic cloves
* Step 3
Then, allow it to cool down completely & transfer it to the same blender jar as in the roasted peanuts are already resting & blend it evenly to form a smooth paste or batter (can use 1/2 Cup water or as required)
* Step 4
Now, transfer the same to a separate bowl & set aside until the tempering is ready to be poured into it...
* Step 5
In a tempering bowl/pan: Add into it- 2 tsp oil, over a low-medium heat...add in thethe rest other spices, one by one- Give everything a good mix- turn off the flame & pour it into the peanut chutney
* Step 6
The Peanut Chutney is ready to be served alongside any other favourite main courses- of your choice & garnish it accordingly, the way your hearts desire 💁🏻♀️😋
