Leftover Roti Tawa Pizza 🍕
It’s quite an ideal decadent leftover recipe & a must try for others...
Ingredient
Food ration :
1-2 people
Cooking time :
15-20 mins
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a frying pan: Add in the Butter & heat it up, over the low-medium flame
* Step 2
Place the Roti on it & gently fry one side of it & then, carefully flip it over & gently fry this side too & turn off the flame
* Step 3
On the other side: Put the Pizza Sauce & the Cheese Spread & spread it across, generously, to cover the entire Roti
* Step 4
Once done: add in all the other veggies & arrange them accordingly & then, goes in the processed cheese & the Mozzarella Cheese
* Step 5
Place the Black Olives & now, sprinkle all over it- the Dry Herbs & Spices & add in some more mozzarella cheese
* Step 6
Switch on the oven- Over a low flame & cover the lid & let it gently cook until all the veggies are done & all the cheese start melting down- Transfer it to a serving platter & enjoy the bliss inside your mouth
