Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash & cut the pumpkin & potato - both, into medium cubes & set aside...keep rest other ingredients ready & handy
* Step 2
Take a wok/frying pan: Add in the oil over the medium flame & heat up & then, add in the tempering spices to it
* Step 3
Once it starts releasing nice aroma, add in the cut pumpkin & potato & sauté- put the flame to low medium, cover the lid & allow it to cook for about 5-6 mins time until 80% cooked- stirring occasionally
* Step 4
Once done, add in the Mustard Paste & some water & the slit green chillies & keep on sautéing by lowering the flame, putting the lid back & stirring occasionally so as to prevent burning at the bottom of the pan
* Step 5
Once well cooked: turn off the flame & allow it to rest on the oven itself for about 10 mins time before serving it hot with plain boiled rice & dal, etc.
