Zesty Lemony Garlicky Peanuts and Sesame Stir Fried French Green Beans
I personally don’t like to eat any kinda ‘Beans’: Other than a very few of my specific choicest dishes...
This is one of my such choicest ones, amongst the French (Green) Beans- Trust me friends, this is one of the most easiest, quickest & delectable ones & is made just under 5 mins time, since the Beans are already parboiled (cooked) & dried...we’re just giving it its FINAL TOUCHES, on the Oven & in the Frying Pan !!!

35 mins (prep to dish)
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash & Parboil the Green Beans, strain & shock them ice cold water to retain its green colours & set aside to let them dry completely (pat with a kitchen towel first)
* Step 2
In a large frying pan/skillet: Add in the oil first, over the medium flame & then, goes in the garlic & white sesame seeds in it- sauté gently
* Step 3
Add in the Beans now- keep stirring gently & sauté until some blemishes are visible on its skins, add in the crushed peanuts at this point & keep sautéing
* Step 4
Add in the salt & black peppers, sugar (to balance its nutty flavours), red chilli powder/cayenne peppers & keep sautéing with gentle folds
* Step 5
Once it seems to be done- Add in the lemon juice, give it a nice mix...turn off the flame & let it sit on the oven for about 5 mins time
* Step 6
Garnish, according to your taste & serve hot with a cuppa hot tea/coffee...Satiate the ANYTIME BINGING CRAVINGS, to the fullest
