5 Different Types Of Fritters: (Fried)
1. Potato (Aloo Bhaja)
2. Raw Banana (Kanchkola Bhaja)
3. Eggplant (Begun Bhaja)
4. Bhindi (DhNyarosh Bhaja)
5. Cauliflower (Phulkopi)

45 mins (prep to dish- For All)
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In separate mixing bowls: Add in the veggies & sprinkle some salt, turmeric & red chilli powder to that & set aside for 10 mins time (Except the Bhindi).
* Step 2
Place a frying pan, over the low-medium flame & allow it to heat up.
* Step 3
Then, fry the aforementioned veggies- one by one & take out on a kitchen towel, once done frying (while frying the Bhindi- Add in the salt, turmeric & red chilli powder later on- once well fried, else it’the become soggy & sticky).
* Step 4
Garnish- with some black salt sprinkled on them & serve hot to be had with piping hot rice & dal.
