Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a Saucepan: Boil the milk & keep it aside
* Step 2
In a Frying Pan, over the low-medium flame: Add in the Ghee & lightly sauté the Dry fruits & Vermicelli one by one & set aside.
* Step 3
In the same pan: Now, add in the boiled milk & bring it to another boil & add in the milk choco-chips to it while, stirring continuously.
* Step 4
Over the low- medium heat allow it to change its colour to the chocolaty one & then, add into it the sautéed Vermicelli & Dry Fruits
* Step 5
Keep stirring continuously & gently until it’s well cooked- Turn off the flame & let it sit over the oven top for about 5 mins time
* Step 6
Serve it absolutely hot & RELISH this unique, delectable recipe with just little tweaks with Family & Friends. Mostly, loved by the kids those who usually don’t like to have normal white milk kheer/payasam...😋💁🏻♀️
