Chicken Pesto Bites
The bread crusts will never be thrown away! We always turned it to breadcrumbs.
Ingredient
Cooking time :
10-12 minutes
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Tear the toasted into pieces and drop it into food processor, burst it until you have breadcrumbs of the sizes you want.
* Step 2
Season the chicken in a bowl with salt and pepper, smoked paprika (optional), add olive oil, red pesto, mix until chicken coated all over.
* Step 3
Add cornflour and breadcrumbs, tossed chicken pieces to coat it all over.
* Step 4
Lay the chicken pieces on a lined baking tray.
Cook straight away: cook in the oven 190°C for 10-12 minutes or until cooked through.
For cooking later: put the tray in the freezer, let them set for 30 minutes then store them in a zipper food bag for cooking later.
* Step 5
Serve with dipping sauce and enjoy!
