Tuna & Prawns salad with egg and sweet corns

This is so simple, quick and easy for lunch. It's tasty also healthy and perfect to make ahead. I store it in an airtight container keeping them in the fridge and easily make tuna sandwiches 🥪 You can use Greek yoghurt instead of mayo, I prefer to use both, I feel it adds tastier.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In the mixing bowl, put in sweet corn, diced onions, prawns, tuna, egg pieces.

Add mayo, salad cream, yoghurt and lemon juice, combine. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Serve with vegetables, bread and enjoy!
