Tuna & Prawns salad with egg and sweet corns
This is so simple, quick and easy for lunch. It's tasty also healthy and perfect to make ahead. I store it in an airtight container keeping them in the fridge and easily make tuna sandwiches 🥪
You can use Greek yoghurt instead of mayo, I prefer to use both, I feel it adds tastier.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In the mixing bowl, put in sweet corn, diced onions, prawns, tuna, egg pieces.
* Step 2
Add mayo, salad cream, yoghurt and lemon juice, combine. Add salt and pepper to taste.
* Step 3
Serve with vegetables, bread and enjoy!
