Sesame avocado and radish on toast - vegan
Changing up avo on toast 🥑
Lovely with just the avo and radish. (Which also works as a side salad).
For non-vegans, make it a bit extra by adding some crumbled feta or a poached egg 💖
Cooking instructions
* Step 2
Mix the radishes, oil and 1 tsp sesame seeds. Put onto line baking tray and cook for 15-20 mins until tender.
* Step 3
Prepare the avocado. When the radish is ready, combine with the avocado. Sprinkle with more sesame seeds and seasalt.
* Step 4
Eat with a slice of sourdough/rye/ bread of choice toasted and / or some feta or a poached egg. Enjoy 😋
