Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Subse phele khajoor dho ke seeds alag kar lein.
* Step 2
Ab ek pateeli me 1 cup pani me khajoor ka pulp dal ke halki anch pe soft hone take pakayen pani dry hojaye aur khajoor mash hojayegi.
* Step 3
Ab ek alag pateeli me ghee me soji dal ke bhone jab halki golden hojaye to illaichi powder add karen.
* Step 4
Ab khajoor ka paste soji me add karen aur medium flame pe ache se mix karen phir anch halki kar dein aur 10 mins dum laga dein.
* Step 5
After 10 mins nuts aur sonf ka powder add karen aur ache se mix kar lein.
* Step 6
Mazedar khajoor ka halwa ready hai isko ap thanda kar ke aram se fridge me save kar sakte hain aur jab dil chahe enjoy kar sakte hain.
