Vinegar cucumber salad
My mother always had these in the fridge. They've become sort of a comfort food for me :)

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Chop onion and cucumber, combine in shallow dish.
* Step 2
Add water and vinegar to dish.
* Step 4
Cover and chill for at least an hour before serving.
