Chana Dal Kachoris in Appe Pan
#goldenapron3 #week25 #post6 #puzzle_kachori_appe This Kachoris r not deep fried and also maida is not used. It is full of protein as chana dal is used. Totally different variations tried for the first time. It turns out Superb crispy and Delicious snacks.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
For Stuffing: Strain the chana dal. Take chilli cutter add soaked chana dal, green chillies, ginger, garlic. Crushed it.
* Step 2
Take a pan add oil, asafoetida, Chopped onion, saute it till get golden. Now add Crushed chana dal mix.
* Step 3
Roast it till aroma released. Add all masalas.
* Step 4
Add salt, aamchur powder. Mix it well.
* Step 5
Take a kneading bowl add flour, salt, baking soda, oil
* Step 6
Mix it and add little little water. Knead soft dough. Cover it and keep a side for half an hr.
* Step 7
For Kachoris: Stuffing and Dough is ready. Put a tsp oil on dough. Knead it. Now make small dough balls. Roll the Puris
* Step 8
Put 1 tbsp stuffing on puri. Seal it. And make ball. Make all Kachori balls.
* Step 9
Put Appe Pan on low medium flame. Grease it. Place all ready Kachoris in it's cavity. Cover it and cook for 5 min. Open and flip all Kachoris.
* Step 10
Cover it again and cook it for 5 min. Make all Kachoris in same way. Serve hot with termarind-dates Chutney, spicy green chutney. Enjoyyyy it with Your family.
