2 layered Roti (Bepadi Roti)

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a kneading plate. Add flour, salt and water. Knead soft smooth dough. Cover it with damp cloth. Keep a side for 10-15 min.

* Step 2

Now put 1/2 tsp oil and knead it again. Make small equal size balls. I made 10 balls means will make 10 rotis.

* Step 3

Put all balls in dry flour plate. Roll in dry Flour. Now put dry flour rolled balls on flat surface of rolling pin. I put 6 balls. Flatten them with fingers. Drop 1-2 drops of oil.

* Step 4

Spread it with Ur finger. Sprinkle dry flour on it. Now cover the flatten ball to another ball. Press it with Ur palm.

So 3 balls of 2 layered Roti is ready from 6 small balls. Same way get other balls ready. Take one flatten stick ball on flat surface. Sprinkle dry flour and roll it with light hand.

Heat up the tava on low flame. Place roti on heated tava. Half cook flip it. Now take cloth pad and just press it on roti. Press it everywhere on roti. Don't press hard. With soft hand.

* Step 7

Flip the roti and cook it by pressing it. See how the layer r getting separate. Same way make all rotis.

* Step 8

Apply ghee on inner part of rotis. Served with Aamras and any sabji.
