Mashed Potatoes With Bread

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a pan/ kadhai on Medium flame. Add oil cumin seeds asafoetida. Let crackled. Add chopped onions. Saute till golden add green chilli ginger garlic paste. Saute it for min. Add chopped tomatoes.
* Step 2
Saute it till Tomatoes get cooked and oil get released. Now add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, kitchen king masala, salt. Mix the it well.
* Step 3
Add little water and let saute and roast all masala well. Now add pav bhaji masala. Mix it well. And get oil released totally.
* Step 4
Now add smashed potatoes. And add water. Balance the salt. Smash and mix with smasher.
* Step 5
Let it cook for some time squeeze lemon or some critic granules. Mix it well. Add coriander leaves. Mix it is ready. Toast the fresh bread in butter on tava.
* Step 6
Serve hot with onions and enjoy this new twist.
