Cooking instructions
* Step 1
When we start storing cream/malai on very first day pour curd. Then everyday put fresh cream in it. Mix it everyday. Store for 7-8 days in refrigerator. I get full box if 1litre fresh malai stored.
* Step 2
Take out in the pan / kadhai.
* Step 3
Take blender n change the blade of it (flat blade). Start blending.
* Step 4
Blend it for 5 min. Till it get crumbled n water start releasing. Stop blending. With the help of spatula. Beat it more to get more water released.
* Step 5
Now pour chilled water n get all crumbled separate.
* Step 6
Make all crumble together n make ball. Strain the water.
* Step 7
Again pour chilled water. Wash the crumbl ball. Strain it again.
* Step 8
Again pour chilled water. Wash the crumble n u see the super creamy butter is ready.
* Step 9
The water separated is buttermilk u can use the same. The white butter is ready. Take it in a bowl. Add salt n turmeric powder.
* Step 10
Mix it well. Keep for 5 min. Salt released some water. Strain the same.
* Step 11
Get all water strain out n will get super tasty butter.
