Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a pan add sugar water get caramelized.
* Step 2
Add milk. Mix it and get boil till the milk get half. Now add cardamom powder.
* Step 3
Now take the curd bowl add hung curd. Make it smooth. Add milk.
* Step 4
Mix it well. Cover the bowl with aluminium foil. Wrap it in a towel.
* Step 5
Put this covered towel bowl in a cooker. Take out the whistle and gasket from the lid of the cover. Now close the lid and put the cooker on low flame for 40-45 mins. After that open the lid and open the towel. Uncover the aluminium foil Mishti doi is ready.
* Step 6
But cover the same aluminium foil and keep in freeze for and hour so that Mishti doi can serve chilled. It taste awesome.
