Ingredient

2 tbsp

Ghee

2 tbsp

wheat flour

1 cup

milk

2-3 tbsp

sugar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a kadhai/pan on low flame. Add ghee, wheat flour. Mix it well

* Step 2

Keep milk to get warm, saute the flour in ghee till it get golden brown. Now add warm milk.

* Step 3

Stir it continuously so don't get lumps. Once the water evaporates add sugar. Mix it well

* Step 4

And let sugar also dissolve and get thicker. Chopped nuts ready.

* Step 5

Take it out in bowl. Sprinkle chopped nuts.
