Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a mixing bowl add gram flour, salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder and garam masala.
* Step 2
Along with it turmeric powder. Mix it well then dd sugar in it.
* Step 3
Add oil, squeeze lemon juice and mix it well.
* Step 4
Add chopped coriander leaves. Peel the cucumber. Make equal pieces of it.
* Step 5
Remove the pulp of the cucumber from the middle with the help end portion of the spoon.
* Step 6
Get the stuffing ready and all cucumber pieces. Stuff the mixture in the cucumber.
* Step 7
Fill all the cucumber. Heat a pan on low flame. Add oil, cumin seeds, asafoetida. Let it crackle and spread it in whole pan.
* Step 8
Place all Cucumber one by one in pan cover the lid and cook it for 2-3 mins.
* Step 9
Open the lid flip all cucumber. Again close the lid for 2-3 mins. Cucumber toasted from both the sides. Superb yummy stuffed Cucumber is ready.
