Most of the time upma is an instant solution to the hungriness. Upma can be make in very different ways. I made upma with some fewer ingredients and whatever is there at home just added. My family loves it so I m happy.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Get all ingredients ready. Take a pan on medium flame add oil mustard seeds. Let it crackled add cumin seeds.
* Step 2
Add chopped white lentil and chopped green chillies. Saute for a min. Add chopped onions. Saute till it get golden brown.
* Step 3
Now add Semolina. Mix it all and Saute it till Semolina also get in golden brown.
* Step 4
Now add curd and water. Mix it well add salt.
* Step 5
Add sugar. Me x it all well. Get flame on hight and let the water get burn and semolina get cooked. Keep stirring constantly.
* Step 6
Add coriander leaves. Mix it and serve hot with tea, juice, lassi or milkshake. For Garnishing just put some chopped tomatoes.
