Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a bowl add milk, chocolate powder. Mix it all well. Keep a side.

Take a pan on low flame add khoya, powdered sugar. Mix it well.

* Step 3

Allow the sugar to dissolve and get khoya roasted in light brown in colour. Add chocolate mix milk. Mix it all well and get it Thicker.

* Step 4

Add milk powder and chopped almonds. And cooked for 5 more min and get thicker.

* Step 5

Grease the plate. Transfer the barfi batter to the grease plate. Level it. Sprinkle some almonds on the top. Let it get cool. After that put the plate in the fridge so the barfi get set properly.

Cut it in pieces
