Fried Methi Muthiya kofta

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a kneading bowl add gram flour, corsely grounded wheat flour, baking soda, fresh and wash chopped methi (Fenugreek) leaves, salt.
* Step 2
Add sesame seeds, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala.
* Step 3
Add sugar, lemon juice, oil. Mix it all well. Add required water and knead not soft nor stiff dough.
* Step 4
Once dough get ready. Apply oil on both the hands and make small balls. Make all balls.
* Step 5
Now take iron kadhai on medium flame add oil let get hot. Fry all Muthiya's. Take out on kitchen tissues. Muthiya are ready. Keep in air tight container. It stayes for 1 week.
