Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a pressure cooker add tomatoes(cut half), carrots diced(remove skin), beetroot diced(remove skin). 2 whistle. Let cooker get cool. Remove tomato skin.
* Step 2
Blend it properly and seive all mix add water as required
* Step 3
Add water, salt, sugar, soup masala. Let get boil for 15- 20 min.
* Step 4
Add fresh cream and let boil 5 more min. And serve with kroutons/ Garlic Toast.
* Step 5
For Garlic Toast: Take butter in bowl, add crush garlic and dry mixed herbs. Mix it well apply on bread. Toast the bread on tava and serve with soup and can have with yummy salad.
