Rava-Palak-Corn Mini Pancakes

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a deep bowl add rava (Semolina), besan (gram flour).
* Step 2
Add blanch spinach, green chillies - garlic paste. Add chopped onions, capsicum, boiled corn. Mix it well
* Step 3
Add salt, cumin seeds, Oragano-chilli flakes mix. Mix it all well.
* Step 4
Add curd, buttermilk to the flour-veggies mix. Mix it all well.
* Step 5
Add grated carrots. Add Baking soda. Mix it all.
* Step 6
Put Mini Pan cake tava/ griddle. Apply Butter/ oil on it. Put one tong full of batter in all pancake part.
* Step 7
Close the lid put flame on medium for 3-4 mins. Flip all pancakes and cook it for 3-4 min more. Serve hot with mayo- dip and Panini dip
