Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a kneading bowl add flour, baking powder, baking soda.
* Step 3
Add curd. Start kneading the dough add 1tsp of milk and knead required add more tsp of milk. Knead soft and sticky dough.
* Step 4
Add a tsp oil knead it again and close the dough and keep a side for 1-2 hrs.
* Step 5
After 1-2 hrs start the process of baking without oven. First put for pre heat. Take a deep thick bottom vessel, spread salt and place ring in between.
* Step 6
Chopped Veggies, grated cheese, Italian seasoning and dough
* Step 7
On flat kitchen surface sprinkle some dry flour and knead the dough. Part it in equal parts with a scraper. Make balls and keep a side.
* Step 8
Now take one dough ball flatten with hands. Place it on cake tin base/ plate. Strach the flatten Dough till the edges of the plate.
* Step 9
Now take a fork and pick it on whole flatten Dough. Now take pizza sauce on flatten pizza.
* Step 10
Spread pizza sauce evenly. Sprinkle all Veggies. Spread grated cheese.
* Step 11
Sprinkle on Italian seasoning. Place the plate/ base in the preheated vessel. Close the lid for 10 min.
* Step 12
Cheese gets melts and the base gets golden brown the pizza is ready. Enjoy with ketchup and your family.
