Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take 8-9 almonds, 8-9 cashews soak in water in small bowl for 2 hrs. Remaining almonds and cashews chopped. Take raisins in plate.
* Step 2
Peel the soak Almonds. Take a grinder add soaked Cashews, peeled almonds and 1 tsp milk. Grind it in smooth paste.
* Step 3
Take a pan / kadhai add 1 tsp ghee on low flame add carrot and saute it for 5 min. Carrot get cooked. Take it out in a plate.
* Step 4
In the same kadai add 1 tsp ghee add chopped almonds cashews and raisins. Saute it till raisins get puffed.
* Step 5
Now add 250 ml Milk mix it well and get it boil.
* Step 6
Once the Milk start boiling add saute carrot. Get it boil
* Step 7
Add cardamom powder, sugar and let get little thicker add Almonds cashew milk.
* Step 8
When the Kheer get thicker take out in the serving bowl and let it get cool.
* Step 9
Then garnish it and put in the refrigerator. Get it cool and enjoyyyyyyyyyyyy.
