Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a mixing bowl add smashed potatoes, Fenugreek leaves, ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste, oil, curd, all dry masala. Mix it well. Need the dough add water as required to knead the soft and smooth dough. Keep a side for half an hr.
* Step 2
Take a thick tava on medium flame.
* Step 3
Now make medium sized ball roll it like thick roti. Placed it on hot tava. Roast it from both the side on medium flame.
* Step 4
Take it out on a plate apply ghee and serve it with chutney, ketchup or any dip.
* Step 5
