Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take mixing bowl add both the flour, masala, salt and ghee.Make crumble add little little water and make very stiff dough.

* Step 2

Keep a side for 10-15 mins then put oil/ ghee and knead. It should be much more stiff.

* Step 3

Make 2-3 round out of it roll it and break it.Roll it. Do this two three times.

* Step 4

Finally u will get stuff but little smoother ball.Roll it in round shape.

* Step 5

Put tava on low flame.Roast the koki on low flame.Add little little ghee and roast it.In one koki atleast 1-2 spoon goes.

* Step 6

Roast it till it gets golden and crispy.Serve with hot tea, and any pickle.
