Mooli Paratha

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Grate Muli. Add little salt and keep it for 10 mins.
* Step 2
By that time knead the flour. Make soft dough and keep it aside for 10 mins.
* Step 3
Squeezed out all the water from the grated mooli and all masalas and mix well.
* Step 4
Make small equal portions of dough. Roll it about 6 inches. Keep the Masala in between.
* Step 5
Seal it. And roll gently again.
* Step 6
Keep the tawa and put the paratha. Flip the side and add ghee or oil. Roast it well both the sides.
* Step 7
Now this paratha is ready to be served with Dahi papad or aachar.
