Saunf

1 tablespoon

melon seeds

1 litre

milk

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take out all the dry ingredients in plate and grind them in mixer. Put saffron strands in 2 tablespoon of warm milk and keep aside.

Take a pot. Add milk and put it to boil. Add sugar in it and stir. Now put the masala in it and bring it to boil. Add saffron milk too. Switch off the gas and cool completely. Keep it in refrigerator for some time if you need.

Garnish with rose petals and Serve thanda thanda Thandai to your loved ones during Holi
