Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take all vegetables in one big parat. Add very little salt and keep for 10 mins. It will leave water. Squeeze the water properly from vegetables. Retain that water we can use for sauce or gravy.

Add cornflour, ginger garlic paste, salt and black pepper. Mix well. Adjust cornflour accordingly.

Make small lemon size balls from the mixture. Fry this balls till they aur golden and crispy. Take out in a plate and keep aside.

* Step 4

Now take a wok. Add oil. When oil is hot add green chillies, ginger and garlic. Saute till it starts turning golden brown. Now lower the flame and add soya sauce, hot sauce, tomato ketchup, black pepper and salt. Mix well. Depending upon the consistency of the gravy you require add slurry of cornflour and water. I wanted semi dry, So I added very less slurry. Just to mix it well.

Now add Manchurian ball and give light toss.

Take our in serving bowl and serve with fried rice or noodles.
