Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take heavy bottomed pan. Add oil. When it is hot add Jeera, Methi seeds, green chillies, whole Red chillies and hing. After it crackles, add besan. Ideally one tablespoon for one person. This is a measurement I follow. Put the flame medium low. Stir it continuously as it doesn't stick to the bottom. By the time keep water for boiling.
* Step 2
When besan changes colour to light brown add boiling water so that lumps are not formed. But be careful while adding water.
* Step 4
Now add khatam like tarmind water, Ambeli, kokum phool, ginger, curry patta, haldi.
* Step 5
Now add suran and Aloo. In some time add drumsticks and guavar.
* Step 6
This kadhi take time and more you boil more it becomes tastier. Now add bhendi to it. Add salt now.
* Step 7
Boil it till you feel kadhi is little thicker then it is done.
* Step 8
Serve kadhi with White Rice and sweet Boondi.
