Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Put oil / ghee in a pan. Fry paneer in that pan. Take it out when golden brown.
* Step 2
Grind onions, garlic, ginger, and green chilies. Make a fine paste.
* Step 3
In the same pan add bay leaf and cinnamon stick. Fry it for about 30 seconds and add the onion paste to it. And saute till golden brown.
* Step 4
Now add all dry masalas to it except garam Masala.
* Step 5
Now add tomato puree and mix well.
* Step 6
Saute till oil gets separated. Now lower the flame and add yogurt to it.
* Step 7
Add paneer and little water and cover with a lid and keep it for 10 mins.
* Step 8
Your paneer Mutter is ready to be served with Naans or rotis or pulls.
