Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take one Kadai..add ghee and add besan. Roast it on a very slow flame. This will take the time say about 30 mins but have patience for better results. Keep stirring continuously. Otherwise, it will burn.
* Step 2
When it slightly changes its color it will release all the ghee and will become soft..dont worry we need not add extra besan. Roast it more for a further 3 to 4 mins till it is light brown.
* Step 3
Switch off the flame. Add powdered to it also add elachi powder nutmeg powder and mix well.
* Step 4
Take out it in a thali and let it cool for 5 to 10 mins as it is too hot to handle. Now make balls of this to form laddoos or your choice of size. You can add almonds.
