Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Clean and wash fish. Marinate it with lemon juice, Salt, Kashmiri Red chili powder, ginger garlic paste and keep aside for 15 to 20 mins.
* Step 2
Now take a bowl. Add besan, tandoori masala, red chili powder, haldi, a little salt, coriander powder. Put two to three spoons of water and make the paste.
* Step 3
Apply this paste to fish. And keep it for half an hour to one hour.
* Step 4
Take a frying pan and shallow fry it on medium flame. Flip the side till golden brown.
* Step 5
Now serve hot with chips or French fries and tartar sauce.
