Spinach Dhoklas

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a bowl add Rava, curd, besan and salt. Mix well. At this stage dont add water. Because when you make puree the consistency will be watery then. Keep it aside for 15 to 20 mins.
* Step 2
Make a puree of spinach. Add spinach, green Chilli, coriander leaves and adarak.
* Step 3
Add this to rava batter and mix well. Add water if required.
* Step 4
Keep Dhokla maker or kadai for steaming. Grease the pan. Add eno. Mix well and let it steam for 15 -20 mins..check with knife. If it comes out clean it's done.
* Step 5
For Tempering.. take vagara or pan. Add oil. Add mustard seeds.let it spulter. Now add sesame seeds and curry patta. Put it over Dhoklas.
* Step 6
Serve them with chutney or sauce of your choice.
