Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take parat. Add maida. Add oil and salt and mix well. And Knead the flour to make dough. Cover and keep it for half an hour.
* Step 2
Take a pan. Add one teaspoon oil. Dont put much oil.
* Step 3
Now add garlic and saute well.
* Step 4
Add carrots and cabbage. And saute for half a min.
* Step 5
Now add Spring onions and saute for another half min and switch off the gas. Allow it to cool completely.
* Step 6
After mixture has cool down add salt, black pepper powder and soya sauce. Mix well.
* Step 7
Now make small balls of the dough. And roll it. Dont make thick layer. It should be transparent.
* Step 9
Apply water in sides and fold it. Put one fold on another and keep doing it till the end.
* Step 10
Make all the momos same way.
* Step 11
Now take steamer. Apply on it and put all the momos into it. Keep each one away from another otherwise during steaming they will stick to each other.
* Step 13
After steaming serve this with sauce or schewan sauce.
